ADMISSION
: Day Trip Prices do not include admission to attractions or events, unless otherwise stated. SEATS:
We will allocate your seat number when you make your booking and we will attempt to maintain this seat for your tour. However, we may be compelled to change your seating by unforseen circumstances. If you are a group and wish to sit together on the coach, we strongly recommend that you all board the tour at the same pick up point.
CANCELLATIONS & ALTERATIONS:
If, after booking a place on a tour, you wish to cancel then please notify our Reservations Centre at least 48 hours before the departure time. If you are within this time limit we will refund your fare less a 30% cancellation fee. We regret that we cannot refund fares for cancellations received after the 48 hour deadline.
CONCESSIONS:
Special fares are available for Senior Citizens and children aged 3-13 years. Children under 3 travel free but would be expected to travel on their parents lap and will not be allocated a seperate seat. A responsible adult must accompany children.
NO SMOKING: A no smoking policy operates throughout our coaches. All departures are operated by Classic Coaches (Continental) Ltd, Morrison Road, Annfield Plain, DH9 7RX and all passengers
are carried in accordance with the Company's Booking Conditions and Conditions of Carriage 1999.>
