Our busy IT Department not only deals with the daily computer work in Classic Headquarters, but also acts for other companies within the Tellings
Golden Miller Group plc.
Our Web section is kept active with the Classic site as well as other Tellings Internet projects.
Classic relies on computers for its coach and bus operations,
Private Hire and booking system, as well as its Holiday and Express Coach bookings. Other aspects of the business need computers to forecast and produce accounts, and pay the wages for its over 250
staff. The Annfield Plain Head Office and Coach Department is linked by a special closed network to its Bus Depot at Washington New Town, some 17km away, and by microwave link to its nearby Engineering
facility.
Classic's online booking system for the Express Coach Services was devised and implemented totally in house. Other ongoing projects include a holiday and day trip on-line booking
system and a company wide Intranet.
